Beef Noodle Soup
To make: Use a large soup pot/crock pot. Brown the meat in oil. Add water and simmer until meat is tender (roughly 1 hour.)
Add Beef Noodle Soup Mix and tomato sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add egg noodles. Simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Remove the bay leaf. Makes 10-12 servings.

Oh my goodness, this soup is INCREDIBLE. Definitely one of my very favourites. I have tried it with both ground beef and stewing beef…BOTH EXCELLENT!!! Also I always make my own soups so I am a bit of a “soup SNOB” I highly recommend this flavour.
Bought this soup during a trip to parksville. I’m always a bit skeptical about “soup mixes” but this was delicious!!! We all loved it. We were sad I didn’t buy more. So happy we can order on line!!!
