Beef & Barley Soup

To make: Sauté meat. Add water, tomatoes, wine, and soup mix. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 90 minutes or until tender.
Makes 10-12 servings.

Holy Ed! So delicious.I added elk and every veg in the fridge & pantry. Rounded out the meal with bacon cheddar chive cornbread muffins. Yer my new fav relative.
