Turkey and Brown Rice Soup
You add: 12 cups water, 3 cups diced or ground turkey meat, and 1/2 cup white wine (optional).
To make: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add “Turkey and Brown Rice Soup Mix”, turkey, and white wine (optional). Cover and simmer for 30min or until vegetables are tender. Discard bay leaf. Makes 10 servings.
