Ed’s Classic Chili Mix

Simmer for 90 minutes or until beans are tender. Sauté meat.
Add meat, tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and Ed’s Classic Spice Package. Simmer for 2 hours. You may need to add water.
The longer you simmer, the tastier the chili!
You may want to add hot sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips, lime wedges, and/or serve on a bed of rice. Be creative!
