You add: Sausage, shrimp or chicken, diced tomatoes, and water.
Sauté sausage in a frying pan until lightly browned. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Add Jambalaya Mix. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables and rice are cooked. Stir occasionally.
Add sausage and diced tomatoes. Heat for 5 minutes. Add shrimp or cooked chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
