Our Jambalaya recipe is a delicious blend of hearty vegetables and your choice of spicy sausage and/or succulent shrimp, cooked to perfection in a rich jambalaya sauce. Easy to make and packed with flavor, it’s a crowd-pleasing dish that will transport your taste buds straight to the heart of Louisiana.

You add: Sausage, shrimp or chicken, diced tomatoes, and water.

To make:

Sauté sausage in a frying pan until lightly browned. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.

Add Jambalaya Mix. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables and rice are cooked. Stir occasionally.

Add sausage and diced tomatoes. Heat for 5 minutes. Add shrimp or cooked chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
