You add: 12 cups water, 2 lbs seafood or 3 chicken breasts chopped and browned, 1 can coconut milk (400ml), and 1/4 cup lime juice.

Note: If you want extra vegetables, add chopped bok choy and sliced fresh mushrooms.

    This was so delicious and flavourful that I couldn’t stop eating it!
    I added onions, Napa cabbage, mushrooms, extra noodles, tilapia, and chicken. Next time, we’d like to try adding tofu instead of meat.

    Brought to San Jose del cabo and made for dinner tonight. Added lots of veg and lots of chopped prawns. Delicious. Will buy and make again!
