In a lge pot bring water, cauliflower & Cheesy Cauliflower-Potato Soup Mix to a boil. Simmer for 30 min or until vegetables are tender. Puree in a blender(optl). Return to pot & add soy sauce, cream & Parmesan Cheese. Heat to serving temperature. Add water or milk if soup too thick. Serves 10-12. Garnish with fresh parsley.
